It. Is. Delicious! I typically use a jar-sauce for making butter chicken but creating the sauce from scratch is way better. I doubt I’ll go back to jarred sauce again. We had leftover turkey from a stuffed turkey breast, and I ensured I followed the tip to cut the turkey into chunks, not shredded, and everything turned out beautifully. I’m not really a big fan of curry because the times I’ve had it’s been way too hot for me. Your recipe does look good though and if I were to use a mild curry I think it would be awesome, especially made with turkey.
