It. Is. Delicious! I typically use a jar-sauce for making butter chicken but creating the sauce from scratch is way better. I doubt I’ll go back to jarred sauce again. We had leftover turkey from a stuffed turkey breast, and I ensured I followed the tip to cut the turkey into chunks, not shredded, and everything turned out beautifully.
