Have you started decorating your household for Christmas yet? The debate is there yearly in the media and in households – when is the precise right time to start? We always wait until after November 11th for sure – and then after that point I start adding small holiday touches to the household until after my daughter’s birthday which falls exactly a month before Christmas!

When my daughter was little I started decorating as we watched the Santa Claus parade on TV. Now we start much later, usually in December. We have two very curious cats so we don’t want to put out any decorations too early.
