My Picks From Mastermind Toys

Mastermind Toys, until now, has been a go-to online destination for me when it comes to shopping for unique toys not easily found at big box retailers locally. Now, I can shop in store at Mastermind Toys as a location has just opened this fall in Regina!

My son loves Snap Circuits kits, so this is definitely one of my Mastermind Toys picks every year. This year I’m pretty excited to add Snap Circuits 3D Illumination Kit ($84.99) to his collection. Best for ages 8+, this Snap Circuits kit contains over 50 parts which in turn can create over 150 projects. For my boy who loves discovering how things work, these kits are amazing!

201425_1For my girls, how could I not pick up these Inflatable Donut Snow Tubes ($24.99) available in either pink, blue or brown? We all saw a version of these on Instagram this summer with people lounging in pools and lakes, and now we’re taking them to the snow hill in a product specifically made for sliding fun!

Shopping in store is ideal for me now because Mastermind Toys offers complimentary in-store gift-wrapping, and helpful knowledgable staff. In fact, Mastermind Toys is Canadian owned and operated so I’m assuming some of that Canadian helpfulness is ingrained in their staff. Up until the past few years, Mastermind Toys has been a well-known retailer in the Toronto area only, but now they’ve expanded across Canada and we’re so happy about that – you can find a location near you here!

Additionally, a portion of the proceeds from the purchase of select toys featured in the 2016 Mastermind Toys Gift Guide will be directed to local and global initiatives for children’s education through Me to We charity so it makes my holiday shopping even better!
