While many people decorate their houses for Halloween and then Christmas, there’s that bit of time around each occasion where my front porch may be bare, and that just can’t happen! I’m so happy that our new house has such a perfect front porch – and yes it has a little to do with how much I like decorating with the seasons!
I found these four simple fall decor items at Canadian Tire and transformed my front porch from plain ol entry way into a fall festive greeting! The Fall Harvest Berries and Eucalyptus Stacks ($30) and Moss Pumpkin with Maple Leaves ($15) are perfect for both indoor and outdoor decorating. In fact, once the snow hits the ground I’ll pull them both in permanently in front of my fireplace until it’s time to decorate for the holidays. The Harvest Mat ($10) is also for both indoor and outdoor use but there’s no way I could hide this indoors – it’s perfect don’t you think? Finally, my guests are welcomed by this beautiful Fall Harvest and Maple Berry Wreath ($25) which can carry through to the holidays with the colors displayed. For $80 you can easily decorate your front entry way and then store these items for use yearly (or buy them on sale after the season if you’re lucky enough to find some left on the shelves!)

I just bought a fall wreath from Canadian Tire. I have not had a fall wreath before but it sure brightens the entrance up. I’ll replace it in a few weeks with a Christmas wreath.
