A new year is just around the corner! I have already decided my resolution is to do something healthy for myself. No, I won’t be spending hundreds on a gym membership… I’ll be making smoothies! As cliché as it sounds – I am a busy mom. I often put my own health and well-being last. A simple healthy smoothie every day is doable right?!
I describe the Hamilton Beach Single Serve Blender as ‘just right’. My plan is to get up every morning and whip myself up a quick shake, then hit the road using the blenders travel lid! No need for an extra cup, just blend and go! I’m a ritual morning smoothie maker as I get all my antioxidants and great stuff without feeling I had to really eat anything that early. The great thing about this is that your personal drink is always fresh and nothing goes bad or gets wasted! Would be a great gift to get!

I have one of these and they’re great. I make smoothies with 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 cup of milk and 8 frozen strawberries. It makes just enough for this container. Yummy! If I won I’d keep the extra for myself so that I could keep a blender at home and one at work.
