The holiday season is typically full of gatherings and festive parties. After giving the MOLE-CULE-R a try, it is definitely something you’ll want to have at your next house party to impress all of your family & friends. Then again, you could play with these fun recipes on your own and have just as much fun!
The molecular recipes are perfect for the foodies and chefs looking for something new and unique to add to their repertoire. It uses the innovations of science by taking the chemistry of cooking one step further to play with texture, color, shape and taste, to create truly unique and aesthetically impressive beverages. Chemical drinks you say? Fear not friends, all the additives to create these beautiful beverages are natural, so you can drink with peace of mind.
I received the Cosmo R-evolution kit to give a try and was really impressed with the packaging as well as the detailed instructions and troubleshooting guide to help create these drinks. Being a huge fan of the recent series Breaking Bad, I couldn’t help but feel like I was doing something terribly wrong in creating these chemical concoctions in my kitchen. The clever periodic table-type labeling of each of the additives in the kit of course adds to the experience too.
One evening, along with my bar-tender boyfriend, we set out to make the Encapsulated Cosmo recipe. It was such a fun evening as we followed the detailed instructions and created these little spheres of flavor! The final product proved to be truly unique and a visually pleasing, as well as tasty, addition to our drinks. The little sphere of encapsulated cosmo literally bursts with flavor in the mouth. We both couldn’t help but let out a laugh followed by “Neat!” and “Cool!” of course followed by trying another one. While sipping our creative cosmos, we both agreed that this, or any of the other Molecule-R kits would be fantastic to have for any type of party at one’s house. You’re party would definitely be the one to remember with creations of citrus caviar, cranberry foam, or the encapsulated cosmo!
Add a bit of chemistry to your Christmas list this year and try one of the great products from Molecule-R. The Cosmo R-evolution retails for $29.95 and is also available in the Margarita-Revolution or Mojito R-evolution varieties for the same price. There currently is not a physical store to purchase Molecule-R items, however many chain stores, bookstores and boutiques carry their products. You can always order online from their website at Molecule-R.com or send a quick email to info@molecule-r.com to inquire about where to buy in a location near you.

Looks like a fun product!
Very cool, you see this molecular cooking on the food network, but you never think you can do it yourself. I’ll be on the lookout for this!
