Holiday Fun at Disney Junior

Disney Junior, both on TV and online, have a ton of fun holiday events and activities for the family this holiday season – check here for a great list of ideas!

1) It’s Holiday Card time again at DisneyJunior.ca!  My 5 year old designed the card above just for the blog!  Of course, when choosing a character to feature she picked Sofia the First (did you watch the premiere last weekend?)  We’re watching Sofia the First right this moment (my PVR has been very accommodating when my 5 year old watches this show over and over…and over!)  Kids can choose their holiday card scene add stickers and choose their favorite character to add to their card.  Save it to your computer or email it to family and friends.

2) Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas premieres today, December 1st, at 11am EST (quick, go set the PVR!) and Mickey’s Twice Upon a Christmas will premiere next weekend, December 8th!  Check out Disney Junior’s full-schedule here so you don’t miss a thing!

3) To help mom and dad get some relaxing down time (and maybe some gift-wrapping done while the kids are occupied!), Jake and the Never Land Pirates will have brand-new adventures to share this month in new episodes on Saturdays, December 1, 8, 15 and 22 at 10:30am ET.

4) The Santa Buddies movie will premiere Saturday, December 15 at 11am ET!  You can also find Santa Paws 2: The Santa Pups in stores now if the kids loved the original!

I love all the holiday themed programming on this month, and of course new episodes of the kid’s favorite shows make them happy too!  We’re off to Disney World next week to see the holiday  magic in person but have our PVR set to enjoy it all upon our return on Disney Junior as well!

I’m part of the Disney Junior Mom program and I receive special perks as part of my affiliation with this group. The opinions on this blog, as always, are my own.

  • I love the holiday cards! It’s such a great idea since kids see their parents sending out cards and Valentine’s Day is only once a year, why not let them get in the holiday spirit by sending out their own cards!
