2 chicken breasts, prepared
1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 clove crushed garlic
Cucumber, cut into strips or diced
Shredded Marble Cheese
Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces and cook in a frying pan with Hoisin sauce, soy sauce and crushed garlic.
Spread mayonnaise on one side of the bun, then add chicken and top with shredded cheese. Broil for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with cucumber, pickled carrots, hot peppers and cilantro.
There you have it! My kids love this sandwich, minus the hot peppers and with extra pickled carrots!
