Have you seen the Toys R Us commercial with the little girl going on and on about Dora The Explorer? I love that commercial because I think it summarizes most mom’s day – when our kids yammer on endlessly about their favorite tv show or character (or whatever subject they are interested in at the time). Nevaeh, at 3.5, definitely loves Dora so anything Dora related is a sure bet for her.
As part of my affiliation with Team Mom, we were recently sent a Mega Bloks Dora’s Bath Time Playset for review. I saved it over the weekend and gave it to Nevaeh on a Monday after her big brother went back to school so she would have something new to occupy herself instead of asking me when he’d be home. I didn’t expect the toy to keep her attention as long as it did though.
Perfect for ages 3+, the playset has several small pieces that help children build their imagination while helping Dora get ready for her next adventure (Nevaeh loves the hair dryer and vanity mirror the best). She also likes that Dora comes with 1 extra skirt so she can change her outfit (by taking apart the Dora figure) whenever she wants.
