When my son was a baby, I loved buying him cute little outfits – those adorable overalls, jeans, and golf shirts made me grin whenever I saw them in stores. The thing is, the selection in stores was poor. I’d scowl at the pretty pink dresses and pants overtaking many stores and discuss with friends who were also moms of boys how unfair it was. There was always ample selection for girls, and sometimes just a small back area of clothing for boys in many popular stores. Finding a store like The Boy’s Store online is a treat and something I’ll remember to mention to moms of boys.
Customers can shop by age, brand, and item making the shopping process easy and efficient. I went in search of jeans for my little guy for school this Fall and found these awesome Vintage Denim Jeans by Dogwood.
The jeans are a baggy/relaxed fit and have an elastic waist. I really like this feature because not only does this make it easier for my son to take these on and off (no zippers or buttons to mess with) but there’s also belt loops on the waist as well. The belt loops came in handy for us because we received these jeans in a size 5T and my guy is clearly a runt because they are huge on him! My husband and I roared with laughter when he put them on and they were hanging low showing his underwear (let’s hope in 10 years this is NOT still the style!)
