Have a Healthier Holiday!

Do a search online about new year’s, post-holiday anything and you’ll likely find your results filled with links to articles, videos, and more on…losing weight after the holidays.  It’s definitely a time of the year when we tend to cheat on our usual way of eating, make excuses for dessert before bed, and have second helpings because “it’s the holidays!” and that’s just what we do.

Hey, I do it too.  And I don’t intend to stop anytime soon.  I’m firm believer in not depriving ones self of the good things in life.  Everything in moderation, as they say…and sometimes a little extra for good measure.  The important thing to me is balance.  Finding ways to eat healthier, while indulging here and there because – life is good.
