This past weekend, my toddler and I were happily surprised to see holiday programming on Disney Junior just hours after we had finished putting up our Christmas tree! She sat absolutely silent on the couch watching Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas and I quietly pushed the record button on the PVR to ensure we could watch it a few more times!
Disney Junior’s Holiday Schedule is up and now you can check in and see what’s coming up and set your PVR accordingly!
Some special times to note: Every week night at 6PM EST up until December 24th you’ll find holiday programming and specials! On Christmas Day, Disney Junior will be celebrating right along with you, with holiday programming on all day long from 6am to 11pm EST! I’m sure we’ll have it on in our household.

Sofia the First: The Floating Palace Sunday December 8th at 5pm ET
Sofia the First will appear in a special presentation at a special time, with an appearance by Princess Ariel (voiced by Jodi Benson, The Little Mermaid). Ariel swims by to help Sofia on an underwater adventure to save her new mermaid friend, Oona. This special presentation is called “Sofia the First: The Floating Palace”. (In celebration of her appearance, Disney Junior will also sharing the movie The Little Mermaid 2 Friday January 3rd at 10AM ET!)
