There is one thing you can never have too much of in the house with children, and that is soap! I gladly welcomed the opportunity to try out three great kid’s body & hair wash from DIAL For Kids: Peachy Clean, Watery Melon and Berry Cool. All of the kid’s washes are formulated to be gentle on young skin to keep it soft and healthy.
When I asked my nine-year old son to try out one of the three, he immediately opted to try to the Watery Melon Body & Hair Wash primarily because Berry Cool was “pink” for girls and Peachy Clean was for “babies”. Well whatever I thought – just wash and come out clean. We were both pleasantly impressed with the mild melon scent and of course I was thrilled that my once sweaty & stinky little boy was fresh and clean!
Now that he is old enough to wash his own hair, I still appreciate (and unknowingly so does he) the ‘tear-free’ formula to avoid the “I have soap in my eye!” screams. The design of the bottle is great for little hands too with its curved sides to avoid slipping and dropping for a sudden bang on the bottom of the tub.
Despite the fact that my son will likely only stick to the Watery Melon, my nearly 2-year old niece will make great use out of the wonderfully smelling, yet mild Peachy Clean tear free formula when she comes to stay with Auntie. As for the pink for girls” Berry Cool body wash? Well, I like the smell so much I might just have to use it myself, after all I am a girl and it says ages 6+ on the bottle!
