Offered the opportunity to check out this system, I had it sent directly to my parents (awesome daughter points, right?) As I’ve shared, my parents are in their 70’s and were recently the victims of an attempted phone-fraud.
As much as I’d like to be there to protect them from all the dangers around them, I live over five-hours away. So, when I read about this phone system, I knew it would be perfect for them.
The base of the phone features 4 Photo Dialing Keys making it easy to speed dial important people. The Backlit Keypad makes dialing easier, and since it only requires a plug in for the base, the cordless handset is perfect for any room – in our case it’s perfect for the living room area right beside my dad’s comfortable chair. Most important, the Portable Safety Pendant requires no subscription service and can give extra assurance to both seniors and family members. With one push of the button, emergency services can be called (you can program two numbers to be called, and it can be voice activated too!) My parents are both getting older. I live in Alberta they live in Ontario. My Mother is home alone a lot .
