Truth be told, I haven’t been a fan of English Muffins until I started eating them on breakfast sandwiches from my favorite coffee shop. Even though I’d seen them in stores, I never purchased them. I suppose I only associated English Muffins with breakfast sandwiches. So, when I was asked to try Dempster’s English Muffins as part of the #Breakfast Ready blog tour, I was game. I’m stubborn, I suppose, and it takes a little push for me to try something new.
My information says that Dempster’s English Muffins are available in 3 tasty varieties: Plain, 100% Whole Wheat and Cinnamon Raisin but I also found them in Sourdough so that’s what I picked up to try.
Oh-my-yum! If you love sourdough bread and buns, I suggest trying Dempster’s English Muffins, toasted with butter and a nice cup of coffee in the morning. Even my husband commented on how tasty they are. Actually, even though this is a breakfast campaign, I think the sourdough English Muffins would make a great side with stew or soup for dinner as well.

I love english muffins, we use them for breakfast sandwiches, toasted with butter and peanut butter on it and also for dinner…for dinner we buy pizza stuff and put the pizza sauce on, pepperoni and whatever other topping you like on pizza on it and stick them in the oven until it is toasted and the cheese is melted…yummy and leftovers make a great lunch for the kids at school 🙂

Nope — like you, I’ve never gotten into English muffins, save for when they’re in the form of the McDonald’s breakfast sandwich.

I LOVE Dempster’s English Muffins! I like extra crisp the best. I like to toast them, put butter and salsa on them, and then a scrambled egg (with taco seasoning, salt & pepper) with some cheese on top – mmmm soooo good! 🙂 The salsa really adds to it!

dempsters english muffins are a staple in my house – breakfast with egg or peanut butter, suppertime we make the best pizza muffins ever and they are a great healthy filling snack ! I buy 2 packs every week, and sometimes we run out by Wednesday !
