There are certain things that go together if you’re a Canadian. A summer’s day out with the kids involves both sunscreen and bug spray. A swimsuit, but also a hoodie (or, bunnyhug if you’re in Saskatchewan!) You can’t have a campfire without graham crackers and chocolate. In that same spirit, you simply can’t head out for a summer adventure without stopping at Tims on the way.
Actually, in my case, you don’t have to go very far to have a good reason for a stop at Tim Hortons. We spend a lot of time in our backyard and having a coffee in hand and Timbits for the kids makes everyone happier (my kid’s know mommy needs her “fuel” too!)
Whether it’s our backyard, the beach, or the playground – Tim Hortons coffee is a must for this mom on the go!
We were recently sent an awesome summer cottage package from Visa Canada, including Tim Hortons travel mugs, coffee, a towel, beach toys and the kobo e-reader seen above (oh how I love it!) It also included a prepaid Visa card to use at our local Tim Horton’s on one such summer adventure – how perfect for our family! Ours was a Visa gift card but did you know that you can now use your Visa card at Tim Hortons? They’ve partnered together and that’s not all the news from this dynamic duo…
Every single time you use your Visa card at Tim Hortons between June 18th and August 15th, you’ll be entered to win a dream cottage getaway of your choice (valued at $36,000!) I go to Tim Hortons so often already – why not try my luck by using my Visa card each time? As long as you keep your balance in check, you’re good to go! I’m so doing this!
To celebrate this contest, the news that you can now use Visa at Tim Hortons and finally, just to celebrate summer in Canada, I have a fab giveaway just for my Canadian readers!
