Zax Healthcare has launched Zax’s Original Creams, a made in Canada, pharmacist-developed line of therapeutic creams that use unique blends of natural ingredients to effectively treat ailments such as bruises, age spots and foot pain. Zax’s Original Creams are available at Shoppers Drug Mart, Rexall, PharmaPlus, London Drugs, Loblaw Superstore locations and leading natural health stores across Canada.

Zax’s Original Creams were created by Alyssa Rolnick, registered dietician and proponent of natural health products. The creams are based on formulas developed by her husband Mark, a pharmacist, to help people manage everyday health issues.

Zax’s Original Bruise Cream ($18.99) – For adults who bruise easily, Zax’s Original Bruise Cream speeds healing, reduces pain and helps lessen discoloration using a unique blend of natural ingredients, including arnica, witch hazel and menthol.

Zax’s Original Bruise Cream is soothing and moisturizing with a light, pleasant scent. Working quickly and effectively, this cream is ideal for those who have been injured or who are prone to bruises. The tube fits discreetly into a sports bag, hand bag or medicine cabinet so you can use it at work, home or on the go.

Zax’s Kids Bruise Cream ($18.99) – A menthol-free version of the Zax’s Original Bruise Cream designed specifically for children’s bumps and bruises (ages two to eleven). The kid’s version uses witch hazel and arnica, the same active ingredient as the original cream.

The cream works quickly and effectively and is ideal for bruises from soccer, hockey, figure skating and any other sport, or for kids who have been injured or bruise easily. It also works for those who bruise after booster shots and flu shots.

Zax’s Original Darkspot Cream ($29.99) – For people looking to restore that youthful, healthy look to their skin, Zax’s Original Darkspot Cream significantly fades age spots, removes dead skin cells, moisturizes aging skin and repairs skin damage from sun exposure. This cream features a hydroquinione-free spot lightening formula made with citrus peel extract, licorice, niacinamide, aloe and vitamin E. Results are most often noticed within the first four weeks.

Find it in skin care departments. Age spots are caused by excess production of melanin, a condition called hyper-pigmentation; with excessive sun exposure being the most common cause.
