It is *so hard* to find things to do to keep a 3 year old occupied in January on the Canadian praires! In the summer, we have a beautiful swing set in the backyard, that results in hours of play for both my 3 year old and 6 year old, among many other outdoor toys. Our summers are so short that we try and be outside as much as we can. In the winter, however, we’re truly stuck! What helps keep you r sanity in the cold winter months? For us, it’s new movies, playdoh, coloring and most recently paints.
Oh, and for my American readers wondering? I did the conversion for you. The windchill today of -32 celcius is a frosty -25.4 fareinheit. I’d cry but my tears would freeze!
