Earlier in March, I featured Milan Maternity on my site and had a good friend of mine model the shirt they sent us to review. Now that I’m pregnant and have been given the opportunity to review a shirt for myself, it turns out I wanted the same shirt my friend was sent because it looked so great on her!
The Bella long sleeve maternity top is available in white like above or in teal Mediterranean Blue (which is actually on sale right now for $25!). I got this shirt in a size large and am happy with the fit! I prefer shirts like this one with ruched sides because I like the way it accentuates the belly without making the shirt tent out at the bottom. When I’m shopping for maternity shirts I specifically look for that style now.
Obviously you can see that this shirt will grow with me as I’m not very big yet but the sides offer a lot of room to grow! I like pairing it up with yoga pants (on our way to toddler gymnastics here!) or a pair of jeans.
I also love this new design from Milan Maternity – the Annalisa shirt is available in both mocha or dark heather, and also has ruched sides. This shirt is available for $36.00 on the site.
As an expecting mom, I can tell you that getting a maternity shirt for Christmas would be awesome! We love new maternity clothes but of course feel guilty about spending money on ourselves, especially for something that you only wear about 6 months max. But a gift? No guilt at all there!
