Cheerios Milestones

For every mom I know, Cheerios is as much a part of life with a baby as baby toys and booster seats.  I don’t think I ate Cheerios at all before having kids and now they are a staple in our pantry (apple cinnamon are my favorite!)  I know I have pictures of both my kids in the highchair eating Cheerios because it was such a common occurrence in toddlerhood.

Cheerios is sponsoring a new contest for Canadians to celebrate those special milestones in your child’s life – whether it was perfecting their pincer grasp and popping a Cheerio in their mouth for the first time, or learning to ride a bike without training wheels.  Just by sharing your child’s most memorable milestone you could be entered to win the grand prize of $10,000 towards an RESP from TD Canada Trust!  20 finalists will appear on a special edition Cheerios box and win Cheerios for a year!

To enter, visit the Cheerios website and follow the link to share your child’s memorable milestone.  The contest is open until December 15th.  I’m going to head on over to enter – the first milestone that comes to mind is my son Elijah (now 6) taking his first steps – I remember how excited we were as new parents to experience that for the first time.

Cheerios is also sponsoring contests on blogs as well, including this one!

1 Canadian reader is going to win a Cheerios Play Book!  We actually have this book, and it’s perfect for playing with in the highchair with Cheerios and fitting them into the spots on the pages.  To enter, just leave me a comment here sharing one of your child’s milestones.
