When I had the opportunity to check out Androidz, I knew after checking out the website that these new toys would be something my 6 year old would be all over. Combining robot action and wheel play, Androidz take two of the favorite toys of little boys (robots and cars) and create something very cool (according to my 6 year old reviewer).
Current character themes include Military (Strategic Defence), Police (Team Justice), Firefighter (Melting Point), Construction (Engineering Division) and Military (Strategic Defense). We were sent a Team Justice set (helicopter and Androidz robot) and it’s been a popular imaginary play toy for a few weeks in our household. Elijah plays with them on their own and also incoroporates them into his Lego play.
Look for Androidz on shelves at Toys R Us and Walmart.
