Kidshoos is one of those companies that is always a pleasure to work with. Everyone that I’ve spoken to has been so friendly. We received the Beeko Dirk shoe in black from Kidshoos to review. I was happy, coming into Fall, to have a dark shoe like this for my active 5 year old son. Grass and dirt have nothing on these Beeko Dirk shoes because the black and charcoal contrasts hide everything so well.
The breathable leather lining and fully cushioned leather insole help ensure I won’t be dealing with stinky feet at the end of an active day – I really think that is one of the biggest benefits of leather. The rubber wrap around outsole on the toe is so great for active little boys too (toes end up being scuffed up first on shoes, have you noticed that with kids?) These have been the ‘outside’ shoes at school for my son since school started and they look great even when he comes home covered in grass stains on his jeans (“We were playing tigers mom!”) because of the dark leathers used. Sizing is bang-on with Beeko shoes so I know his feet are comfortable too.
