Sparkle Plenty’s home page is great, “because we give a glam” is the tagline. I love a clever company and Sparkle Plenty is on the ball when it comes to marketing their product because they know their quality is there. This isn’t a company headed by someone who makes Swarovski crystal tees to sell on the small scale at the local market – some of Sparkle Plenty’s customers include Ritz Carlton, NASA, the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, and salon and spa chains.
I picked out a High Maintenance tank. Ordering is easy – customers start by picking out the design they like, then you can pick what shirt you want it on. I picked an Azalea Ribbed Tank for my shirt, and picked a size Large, being unsure of how the shirts would fit. I would have been fine with a medium tank so the sizing, at least for the Ribbed Tank that I tried, is great.
I wanted to make sure that not only did I wear the shirt before featuring it on my blog, but that I washed it as well. I wondered if the Swarovski crystals would come off in the wash? I am happy to report that after washing and drying the shirt, the design is still in its original form (I turned my shirt inside out when washing just to be safe so I’d suggest that).
It’s nice having a little bit of glamour, or as I say to my toddler “a little bit of pretty” on an otherwise boring tank or tee.
