We have been using our Safe Sippy drink cups since late last year when we received two to review. These cups have travelled with us everywhere and have held up so well. Made with stainless steel, there’s absolutely no bpa concerns with these cups (hence the name) and they happen to look really cool compared to the plastic cups on the shelves. I’ve been asked about them several times while out and about and am happy to share info about them.
Now, Kid Basix has debuted The Safe Sippy 2 and it’s perfect timing in our household. Oddly enough, a few weeks ago I was thinking about what I would replace our Safe Sippy cups with once my daughter has moved on to sports bottles and straw cups. The Safe Sippy 2 drink cup has some new great features – aside from being the first 2-in-1 sippy to straw cup/bottle, the newest version has a travel plug (I was always cautious about our original Safe Sippy because it can leak if it tips over in a bag), dust cap (yay!), and of course the straw and straw adapter. The Safe Sippy 2 comes in blue, pink, and green options.
