Udodolls are based on some of the most common fears that children may have – what’s in the closet? What’s under the bed? These fears continue on to adulthood, I’ve had a few conversations with my mommy friends about whether they sleep with the closet doors open or closed, bedroom doors open or closed. I don’t think they’re unreasonable fears, and Ududolls work not to dismiss these fears, but to help children deal with them by providing a friend who shares the same fear but works to conquer them.
The Ududolls are super soft and snuggly. As er….non-pretty (?) as they are, I was surprised how quickly my 4 year old took to them. I never find our Ududolls in the same spot, but most morings they can be found among my son’s blankets on the bed, which means he thinks they are important enough to include at bedtime.
