I love Swagbucks!! Since signing up last year, I have received $100 in Starbucks gift cards, which are great for using as a family or for sending in a birthday card ($5 cards) to friends as a little pick me up.
Right now, Amazon.com or Amazon.ca gift cards are 45 Swagbucks. You earn Swagbucks by using the site to search instead of Google, etc. The more searches you do, the more chances you have to win a buck or two each day.
The real meat and potatoes, so to speak, comes from signing up people under you who then search. When THEY win a Swagbuck, so do you. That’s essentially where all my Swagbucks have come from.
