I had the hardest time getting my son to wear a hat as an infant. The first chance he got, he’d whip it off his head and onto the floor, street, lake…it didn’t matter to him. Maybe it was because he somehow knew that the hats I had for him were just not all that cute? As with most things I’ve noted since having a girl, the girl’s versions are just that much cuter. It’s just the way it is. Go into any clothing store and you know it, small selection of boys clothes and overwhelming selection of girl’s clothes. I feel your pain, I really do. However, when I find something scrumptiously cute among the selection of girl’s items out there, I’m going to have to celebrate it just a little bit! Lollitops are just that, scrumptiously cute! I have a few mommy friends who are huge into hats and big flowers on headbands for their babies and these hats combine the best of both. An adorable hat with an adorable big flower (or bow) in a huge assortment of colors and designs.

Nevaeh isn’t much into purses just yet but cute hats? She’s all about hats! She loves them walks up to me several times a day with a hat in hand or already on her head and plays with her toys happily all dressed up. I hope this fascination with hats continues on this summer.
The one-size-fits-all hats really do fit all ages! The secret is the ribbon that runs around the hat; not only does the ribbon look fabulous, it also helps adjust the hat to the desired size.
