One of my favorite things about summer (and I have many) is backyard BBQ;s. Whether it’s just our own family making dinner while the kids jump on the trampoline and we visit on the deck, or visiting friends and having a great night focused on delicious food and great company. We miss that in the winter months. While an indoor grill may not project the same comraderie that a backyard BBQ would, if it can break up my weeknight repatoire of slow cooker meals and casseroles, that’s worth celebrating.
The Hamilton Beach Searing Grill with Viewing Window and Removeable Plates (isn’t that a long but detailed filled name?) makes indoor grilling effortless. It’s handy having a viewing window so you’re not constantly opening it to check (admittedly I don’t like the smell of grilling indoors and reducing the amount of times the top is opened can help with that!)
We had a delicious grilled feast including chicken breasts, souvlaki and asparagus all made on the Hamilton Beach Searing Grill without the rain and crisp fall wind this week. Other features I liked about this grill, it has a preheat light as an indicator to let you know when the grill is ready, and the trays are removable and dishwasher safe (I wish my BBQ was dishwasher safe…) The lid even comes off for easy washing! I also appreciate how easy the grill is to store in my cupboard until its next use.

What wouldn’t I make on this thing! we received an older version of this years ago as a wedding present and it soooooo needs to be replaced! This would be great. My biggest complaint on the other one is that the plates weren’t removable before.
