Just in time for summer break, Disney has released Mickey Mouse Clubhouse: Mickey’s Great Outdoors May 24th in a fun and portable play-set for preschoolers. The set comes with a Mickey Mote and the DVD and for the first time it includes a digital copy as well.
The 4 episodes from Mickey Mouse Club House plus an all-new never before seen episode titled “Mickey’s Fish Story” can be watched while utilizing the Mickey Mote or they can be watched as a regular dvd with no breaks for the interaction that the Mickey Mote provides. This option is great because it gives us the ability to use this as an interactive learning tool at home or as a regular DVD in the vehicle on the go. With the addition of the digital copy this time around, we can also watch it on our laptop.
If you’ve never tried the Mickey-Mote before, I’ll assure you that it’s easy to set up and use. I was able to get it set up for my 3 year old in no time and now all Mickey-Mote DVD’s can be used with our DVD player (if you have multiple DVD players in the house, set up the Mickey Mote on the one that you use the most). The questions asked along the way when using the Mickey-Mote help preschoolers understand the story and it helps teach them preschool basics like colors, shapes, counting and sorting.
