Delta Shower Heads

Last month, I brought you a feature about the Delta Vero Bathroom Collection and showed you what a beautiful addition the Delta Vero Widespread Faucet made to our renovated main bathroom.  The next item from the collection that we were sent to try was the Delta Vero Monitor 17 Series Shower Trim.

I picked this item myself because I liked the idea of a shower head raining down on you literally from above.  When I went to Cancun on a press trip last year, the shower in the resort had a shower head similar to this and it was divine!  Although the Canadian prairies are a far cry from the beaches of Mexico, what does that matter when there’s a shower to escape to?

There wasn’t anything necessarily wrong with my old shower-head.  It was just a regular shower head but didn’t have any “wow” factor to it.  Does a shower  head need a wow factor?  Maybe not, and it depends on how visible it is in your bathroom I suppose.  In our case, we have a double size shower with sliding see-through doors so it always has to be kept clean because you can see everything.  <— This is difficult to do with 2 kids that shower and 1 of which likes to wipe her shampoo all over the doors to “wash them”.   Anyway, I think this shower head really makes a big visual difference in the shower and definitely has wow factor.  People will notice it (and hopefully envy me just a bit for my fabulous shower, heh.)

 

We all really like the rainfall effect from this shower head – it not only looks great, it feels great too!
