After discovering the Misikko site this past spring, it’s the site I check first when looking for beauty appliances online. Chances are the quality, professional item I’m looking for is going to be there. With competitive prices and quick shipping, Misikko has many repeat customers.

One difference between this flat iron and others I’ve tried is that the Hana Professional 1.5″ Flat Iron has an adjustable temperature. I wasn’t sure what to set the temperature at, but found a temperature that worked within the first few minutes using it for the first time. Have you ever used a flat iron on your hair, ran your hand over your hair right after, and literally felt the burn? I kept the temp a little lower than my other flat iron for this reason.
I appreciate that this flat iron came with a silicone mat, because I’m paranoid about burning my counters. Further, the Hana Flat Irons come in their own tin case for storage when not in use or a travel pouch to keep the flat iron tidy but close at hand. I went with the 1.5″ plate since my hair is getting long and is thick, and it was a good choice. A flat iron with 1″ plates would get the job done but this does it quicker!
