Scents of Twilight is a division of Brown Road Candle Company, owned and operated out of British Columbia, Canada. Shannon, being a fan of Twilight herself, created this line of candles and room sprays to capture the essence of Twilight. I think she had a lot of fun doing it too (I know I would!) If you could create a scent to capture all that is Edward, what would it be?
Shannon at Scents of Twilight pays such close attention to details in the Twilight series. In Breaking Dawn, she says, Bella said Edward captivated her with his sweet scent of honey, lilac and sun. And so, the candle that is everything Edward, “Dazzling” is a blend of honey, lilac, amber and more.
What about Bella? Shannon got this one right from Twilight Chapter 14, Page 306 where Edward compares Bella’s scent to lavender and freesia (it’s it amazing how much detail this candle creator has picked up?!) Even though I’m not a fan of floral scents, the Bella Radiant candle was my favorite of the two.
Along with Edward Dazzling and Bella Radiant organic soy wax candles, I was also treated to a Room Spray in Esme’s Island, a blend of exotic flowers. I sprayed this once in the air the day I received it and was surprised by how long-lasting the scent was. It was quite strong at first but then once it dissipated in the air, every so often I would catch a floral note in the air which was nice.
Hands down this is the perfect gift to get the Twilight fan on your list this year – whether that is your 16 year old niece or 30 year old best friend. The candles are packaged in a black box with the same Twilight themed emblem on the front as on the candle itself.
