It’s kind of weird when I get a product to try and then during my trial period find out it’s a perfect fit for me – and in this case not for the most fabulous reason. I have been using the Satin Sugar Rush Brush on and off for the past few weeks. The actual brush took me a bit to figure out how to use (there’s step by step instructions for people like me who have ridiculous trouble with maneuvering twist/click/push type products) but now that I’ve got it down pat, I’m a star. It’s a little different using a brush rather than a spray when applying dry shampoo, but I do like that it’s not white and therefore blends better. Yesterday, much to my horror, I discovered two grey hairs right where I part my hair! Panicked, the first thing I reached for was my Satin Sugar Rush Brush even though my hair was freshly washed – in this case it was useful as a nice little root touch up!

The dry shampoo I have is a spray on that sometimes is difficult for me to brush away all the white. It just doesn’t work well with my hair colour. I’d love to try this product, it seems much more convenient.

This appeals to me because I have been looking for a good dry shampoo – I usually wash my hair every day because it I just a bit limp by day 2, but I think if I had a dry shampoo I could spruce up the one small oily part that I get and not have to wash it every day. I like that they have one for lighter hues, since I have blonde hair. Often products not made for light hair are too dark to put in my hair – they make it look brown-ish wherever the product is applied.

I tried dry shampoo for the first time just before my C-sect for my son. I knew that I wasn’t going to able to show everyday like I usually do and didn’t want to look gross in pictures. I now use it once or twice a week as it gives me great volume. I haven’t tried this brand so it would be nice to see how it compares

My hair is oily to begin with. Even though I shampoo every morning by 5 pm, it’s flat and shiny. Have tried a lot of dry shampoo’s for touch ups, but with dark brown hair, blending is always a problem. I like that it’s a colored product.
