Dyson Digital Slim DC62 Vacuum is a Winner!

Moving into a new house has its challenges.  While the major stuff happens when all the furniture is moved in, the real fun starts after that point when you have to determine how to actually live in your new household.  What products do you need to function, and what can you do without?  With our entire first floor being hardwood and laminate, I knew that I wasn’t going to sweep my floors every day.  I needed a product that would keep my floors clean daily, but without being heavy, cumbersome and in the way.

After using the Dyson Digital Slim DC62 for a month, I can passionately say that I love this product and it’s one of the most used items in our household daily (rivaling only my coffee maker and slow cooker!)

Light, versatile and easy to store: a small, light, power dense motor in the hand, instead of at the floor, makes it easy to clean up top, down low and in between spaces. The lightweight aluminium wand can be detached for stairs, upholstery, cars and other compact spaces. And storage is hassle free with a wall mounted docking station.

We use the Dyson Digital Slim™ DC62 vacuum on our main floor for every day cleaning and also use it on our carpeted stairway for a quick cleaning when needed, as well as on our fabric sectional upstairs.  The extra tools that come with the Dyson (at no additional charge) make it easy to find all sorts of ways you can use the Dyson in your household and vehicles too!  The re-engineered nickel manganese cobalt battery gives you 26 minutes of cleaning time total and when you’re done, simply hang up the Dyson on the docking station (again, that comes with the Dyson at no additional charge) and you’re good to go until next time.  While the Dyson itself is cordless you do – of course – need a cord for the docking station to charge it, so we actually have the docking station in our garage which is adjacent to our laundry room.  It’s perfectly out of the way yet easily accessible when I need it!
