I have had a few contests that have ended and I have not heard back from the winners yet. I always send a second email towards the end of the 72 hour time-frame I use, advising potential winners that if I don’t hear back in 24 hours, I’ll have to pick a new winner. My time limit to hear back is 72 hours (3 days). This is so that I can contact the sponsor and tie up any loose ends with them. All contest rules are stated in the Rules section (see top bar link).
PLEASE if you see that you have won a contest on my blog and for whatever reason are not receiving my email advising you, email me (contact information is in my profile and on the right hand side bar).
As much as ‘new’ winners love having a chance to win a prize they thought they missed out on, I really don’t like when people miss out on prizes (it’s happened to me too when I didn’t get back to a blogger in time).
That being said, I have a new winner for the Booda Bellie contest on my blog!
