Cake Beauty Discount JUST for my Readers!

Cake Beauty founder Heather Reier started creating her deliciously scented and decadent line of products in a very appropriate place – considering the name – her kitchen! Cake Beauty, a Canadian company, is now distributed in boutiques and department stores worldwide and is a favorite among celebrities.

The bath products from Cake Beauty are my favorite from the line, and I really want to check out the Sweet Cheeks Sinfully Smoothing Brown Sugar Scrub (cinnamon scented!) I’m going to be searching out this product for Valentine’s Day for ME (check out this list of stores that sell Cake Beauty products!)

I’ve been a fan of the bath products and lotion from Cake
Beauty for about 2 years now, and recently was given the opportunity to try the Satin Sugar Revitalizing Hair Shampoo and Satin Sugar Replenishing Hair Conditioner, Leave-In and Styling Aid. I’ve been using the duo for about a week now. The Cake girls say they think the shampoo and conditioner both smell like baked lemon sugar. Myself, I find that raw honey ingredient is what stood out the most, with a hint of lemon sugar.

The Satin Sugar Revitalizing Hair Shampoo is a super cleansing product (you know that squeaky clean feeling? Yep, you’ll get it here.)

The Satin Sugar Replenishing Hair Conditioner was my favorite of the two products and probably something I would purchase again. I didn’t use the product as a styling aid on dry hair, but I did try it by both washing it out completely and using it as a leave-in treatment all day.

Both methods worked really well with my thick, highlighted-and-therefore-damaged hair. I loved how the Satin Sugar Replenishing Hair Conditioner worked as a detangler (if you have little girls with lots of tangles, this is a great option). It feels amazing when rinsing out, my hair felt amazing when rinsing and I was able to comb it easily once towel-dried. When used as a leave-in treatment, I was happy with the result here too. Leave-in makes me think of heavy conditioners that make your hair feel all ‘yuck’. The Satin Sugar Replenishing Hair Conditioner was surprisingly light in my hair and didn’t weigh it down at all.

Both the shampoo and conditioner from Cake Beauty are available for $20 each.

However…just because you’re all so fabulous (and also because Cake Beauty is generous!) Feisty Frugal and Fabulous readers (in Canada and US) can receive an exclusive 30% discount on all regular priced products, just by using the code fabulous at check out!

So, the Satin Sugar Revitalizing Hair Shampoo and Satin Sugar Replenishing Conditioner, Leave-In and Styling Aid are each going to be $14 with the discount!

The code is valid from 12:00 am EST Tuesday January 19th until 11:59 pm EST Wednesday January 20th (24 hours only!). Happy shopping ladies!
