 Broadway Across Canada is thrilled to announce the premiere of the national tour of COME FROM AWAY, a Broadway musical about the true story of the small town that welcomed the world, in Regina at the Conexus Arts Centre (200 Lakeshore Dr) for a limited engagement from October 12 – 16, 2022.

COME FROM AWAY tells the remarkable true story of 7,000 stranded passengers and the small town in Newfoundland that welcomed them. Cultures clashed and nerves ran high, but uneasiness turned into trust, music soared into the night, and gratitude grew into enduring friendships. The characters in the musical are based on (and in most cases share the names of) actual Gander residents and stranded travelers they housed and fed. The musical has been received by audiences and critics as a cathartic reminder of the capacity for human kindness in even the darkest of times and the triumph of humanity over hate.
