We are doing a huge home/bedroom-overhaul this summer in our household of 5 + dog! Bedrooms are being switched which involves a ton of cleaning, purging, painting and more and we’re doing a big damage restoration on our main floor ceiling which also involves a bunch of clean up after (drywall dust is going to haunt my dreams). This past month, I started my reviews on the Hoover OnePWR product line with two products that have been used multiple times so far. So, this one would be an add-on to your other products and not the one you’d likely start with, unless you choose to purchase the battery pack separately (which you may want to do down the road anyway so you’ll always have an extra one as you build your OnePWR collection.
Next up, the Hoover OnePWR Cordless Hand Vacuum ($229.99 at Canadian Tire), which does come with a OnePWR Lithium Ion Battery Pack and Charger. This is a perfect product for those quick clean-ups around the house (crumbs on the floor or counter mishaps) and in the car. It comes with a built-in crevice tool which helps immensely in the car getting in all those little nooks and crannies where everything seems to settle.
The easy-empty XL dirt cup means you don’t have to empty the dirt cup frequently while you get the job done, either.

The hand-vac I would use a lot on the stairs and car. The light would also be good for the car.
I am a messy cook so I sometimes spill things like sugar or rice on the floor. It is a pain to go get the vacuum out to clean it up each time so this portable hand vac would be so much easier. The light would be great for when we have to change the furnace filter. It would be bright enough that we would only have to use it instead of the two flashlights we use now.
I would use it for under the kitchen table and for the car the most, but also for other quick clean up jobs.

I love the hand vac, was just thinking the other day I need one so I can clean my car more often. It’s such a pain to get the big vacuum outside to the car to clean. The flashlight would always be helpful for the times when we lose power. It doesn’t happen often but with 2 kids, myself and a dog it would be a nice thing to have to rely on.

I’d use the OnePWR Cordless Hand Vacuum everywhere. There are so many nooks and crannies to clean in the home and car daily. The OnePWR LED Task Light would be great for when our power goes out (which it tends to when it storms). Being in the country without all the street lights and light pollution, we are always using flashlights at nighttime to see outdoors as well. I love LED lights (that’s all I use in my home) as they last longer than regular lights. The OnePWR LED Task Light would be a money saver as well by not having to stock up on conventional batteries which seem to drain quickly.

I know that I’d be using both, as I often need a light if I have to get up at night and it would be ideal that there’s always a charged battery ready to go. A hand-held cordless vacuum also comes in very handy for a quick clean up too, not to mention stairs and my car, lol. Yes, I’d definitely be using both and I’d probably get another battery too.

The hand vac i would use in the car for sure. We are headed on a road trip soon and I know it’ll be a disaster in there. The task light my son would use to look after his turkeys and chickens when he checks on them at night.
