Christmas really is the most wonderful time of the year… but it’s also the busiest. When I was young, I imagined that my future Christmases would be extremely relaxing, complete with catnaps throughout the day and a roaring fire (even if it was only The Fireplace Channel blaring in the background). That’s absolutely not the reality. We spend the majority of the month of December rushing from Christmas party to Christmas party and family dinner to family dinner. It’s a bit overwhelming at times, but I wouldn’t change it for the world.
