The WindTunnel 3.0 technology allows you to clean deep with three nozzle channels of powerful suction to capture dirt (other vacuums rely on one). I like the easy hard floor to carpet switch, so that I can move from my front landing to my stairway without switching out accessories on the vacuum. And about those stairs – weighing less than 10 pounds means this vacuum is ridiculously easy to quickly clean our stairway, arguably the area of the house that sees the most traffic.

hoover air cordlessI like the reusable easy-rinse filter (I would forget to buy new filters if I couldn’t rinse it!) and the lightweight steering of this vacuum; another feature I appreciate is the LED battery life indicator. Have you ever grabbed a cordless vacuum and discovered that the battery has decided it can’t even deal, and drains on you within just a minute or two? It’s happened to me and it’s really frustrating. I like that I have a visual indicator of how much charge the battery has before I start a task. A full charge takes about 3 hours, but with a second battery available (and hopefully already charged!) that’s not a concern.
