Kraft Keurig® Compatible Pods For the Win!

SheBlogs PostAfter our recent move, there were a few things that I wanted unpacked ASAP. Our bedding, towels, throw cushions and such were things that bring comfort and I needed them to bring the feeling of our old home into the new one. My other comfort item? My coffee maker, of course!

Now that we are getting unpacked and settled, I can’t tell you how nice it is to pop a Kraft Maxwell House Keurig®* Compatible Pod into my machine and have a steaming cup of coffee to help me unpack yet another box.

Each Maxwell House single serve Keurig®* Compatible pod contains 100% Arabica coffee and is individually wrapped to seal in the freshness so – to me – it’s even fresher than opening a can of coffee grounds which would then be exposed to air each time. Available in Dark Roast, House Blend, and Decaf flavours, if you’re a Maxwell House fan (7 million cups a day make Maxwell House Canada’s #1 home-brewed cup of can-do!) I’d recommend checking out the Maxwell House Keurig®* Compatible Pods. The new Keurig®* Compatible Pods are also available in your favourite Kraft brands including Nabob and Gevalia.

  • I am a coffee lover so I was delighted when I was notified as a winner in the Keurig® Compatible Pod Contest. The prize arrived a few days later. I received three packages of the new Kraft flavors, each containing twelve pods – Gevalia Kaffe Signature Blend, Maxwell House, and Nabob Coffee Co. Breakfast. I tried the Gevalia Kaffe Signature Blend first. From the time it started brewing I knew that this would be a fantastic coffee. It has a very distinctive and pleasing aroma. It is a medium roast blend and the taste is outstanding. The Nabob is a medium roast as well. It is a mellow coffee with a smooth taste. It is an exceptional coffee to start your day. I found myself savoring every sip. The Maxwell House is a dark roast and has a full bodied flavor that sets it apart from other coffees that I have tried. It’s bold and robust flavor makes it an excellent coffee to give you that little “pick up” during the day. I enjoyed all three flavors immensely and would give each outstanding reviews.

  • One thing you get with these pods that you don’t with the regular Keurig pods, is that fresh ground coffee smell when you peel open the pod! All three were quite good and I can’t say any of the three stood out over the others. We’ve tried many varieties of the traditional pods and have definite favourites, so I was surprised all three were worthy of our “would buy again” list. Thanks!

  • I was very fortunate to win one of the Kraft Keurig® Compatible Pods prize packs which contained one box of the Kraft Maxwell House Keurig®* Compatible Pods, one box of the Gavalia Kaffe Keurig®* Compatible Pods and finally one box of the Nabob Breakfast Keurig®* Compatible Pods each containing 12 pods. We have the Cuisinart Keurig® Brewer here at home and these were compatible and worked great.
The Gavalia Kaffe Signature Blend, a medium roast, has a great aroma and a mild taste when brewed using the 12oz setting on the brewer. A great midday coffee! I also tired using these pods while camping, dipping the pod into my coffee cup just filled with hot water similar to making tea. This worked great as the mesh filter on the pod allowed the water to pass and made a good cup of camp coffee.
The Maxwell House, a dark roast, is perfectly suited for those of us who enjoy a bold flavour and this coffee was an awesome after dinner coffee. I also enjoyed the Maxwell House coffee throughout the day and lived up to being good to the last drop!
The Nabob Coffee Co. Breakfast, a medium roast, is a great way to start your day. Again, I used the 12 oz cup selection setting on the brewer. The coffee is rich in flavour and balanced with a great aroma which filled the kitchen. I enjoyed all three of these Kraft Keurig®* Compatible Pods, and if you as readers have not tried them, I highly recommend that you do; they are a great value and great quality!!

  • I found this blog after listening to the author on a Radio Talk Show. I spend hours in my truck driving and this is a great way to pass the time. So, imagine my surprise when I received an email saying I had won some coffee! What was even better was when the package arrived in the mail. I received 3 brands of compatible pods for my coffee maker: 12 pods each of Gevalia Kaffe Signature Blend, Maxwell House, and Nabob Coffee Co brand. The Gevalia Kaffe is our favorite of the three. My husband commented on how he enjoyed his afternoon cup of coffee one day and it was the Gevalia Kaffe compatible pod that I had used. He thought the coffee had a rich flavor and a smooth finish. I was pleased as he can be fussy! As for me, I loved all 3 of the brands. What I find attractive in these samples is that each pod is enclosed in a wrap which, in my mind, keeps the coffee fresher. I will be looking for these brands on the shelves of the stores I shop in and I will be picking them up when I find them. Or I may have to go online to find them. At any rate, all 3 of these coffee brands are just great. Thank you for providing this opportunity for me to sample something I would ordinarily not have sampled.

  • It was such a delight to win these coffee pods – I have 2 young children and drinking coffee is something that gets me through the day. We also recently had switched out our other single cup coffee maker, so this came at the perfect time!
The Kraft coffee blends (Nabob, Maxwell House) were a familiar brand and were great to enjoy in our new machine – nice that you can get the pods for multiple machines.
My personal favorite was the Gevalia Kaffe Signature Blend. It had smooth profile, not at all bitter, with a richness to it. The armoa was wonderful – right from opening the box to brew.
I frequently used all 3 brewed over ice – for my own iced coffees at home during this hot summer weather. A great way to beat the heat but so much more economical than the local coffee shop.
I will be purchasing again soon. Thanks again.

  • I was very surprised to receive an email saying that I had won some coffee and I was even more surprised to receive 3 boxes of coffee with 12 Keurig compatible pods in each! I received 1 box containing 12 pods each of the Nabob, Maxwell House, and the Gevalia coffee. One afternoon, I had coffee and my husband commented on how much he liked his cup of coffee. I checked and it was the Gevalia coffee pods I had used that afternoon. He liked the aroma of the coffee in his cup and he said the taste was full without being bitter and had a smooth finish. Who knew he was such a connoisseur? I love all kinds of coffee and I am enjoying sampling the coffee from the 3 boxes of Gevalia, Nabob, and Maxwell House. Each pod is enclosed in a wrapper, and I believe that this packaging helps to keep the coffee fresher, and thus, makes for a nicer cup of coffee. I will be purchasing these products now that I have been able to sample them. They are all high quality, and the Gevalia is our absolute favorite! Thank you for providing me with this opportunity to sample the coffee.

  • What a nice treat it was to receive these Kraft Maxwell House Keurig®* Compatible Coffee Pods! I have been able to sample them and have really enjoyed doing so.

I found all the the flavours to be tasty! My favourite is the Nabob Breakfast – what a lovely way to start the morning. An enticing aroma and a pleasing rich taste.

I also really liked the Gevalia Kaffe Signature Blend; this one I drank with some chocolate almond milk, which made it almost like a mocha! Sooo good 🙂

All of these coffee pods listed in the post are highly recommended – try them today!

  • I was fortunate enough to be one of the lucky winners who got to try out this amazing selection of Keurig coffee pods! I didn’t even know which one to try first! We are mostly Nabob drinkers in the house so it comes as no surprise that this was my favourite one amongst the three. You can never go wrong with the smooth taste of Nabob…it’s a medium roast coffee which I like and it’s somewhat light with an earthy aroma. My partner loved the Gevalia the most…he said the aroma was pleasant and it had an excellent, rich full-bodied flavor with no bitter or funny after taste. We tried the coffees hot in the morning and iced during the day…it was very refreshing! Maxwell House is a dark roast….we mostly enjoy it in the form of iced coffee during the summer because it gives us that rich, bold flavour we prefer in our iced coffee. I definitely look forward to ordering more of these in the future once we run out. Thank you for giving us this amazing chance!

  • I was excited to get the opportunity to try the Kraft Keurig Compatible Pods. I was immediately impressed with the number of pods I was sent; Kraft really wanted me to judiciously decide how I felt over multiple cups!

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the Maxwell House Dark Roast. I drink a lot of coffee at independent cafes, and can be quite picky about my brew. The Maxwell House had the bold taste I love, but was not bitter like many brands. It was even good iced, which is really the test of a great coffee.

  • I was thrilled when I won the Kraft Keurig compatible pods and even more delighted to try them. The Gevalia had a mild taste and a lovely aroma that I liked. The Nabob was rich and mellow and had a very smooth taste that was welcome to my palate. The Maxwell House Dark Roast however was supreme in taste, and aromatic flavor. It awakened all my senses in the morning and I would have to say that it surpassed all my expectations in a coffee.I loved it and would definitely buy it in the future. It was in my opinion a blend of superb quality and excellence.Thank you so much for this lovely experience that I thoroughly enjoyed!!
