Something new in swaddling, and I absolutely LOVE this concept!
For 10 years now, SwaddleDesigns has been making swaddling simple with a ‘123 Swaddle’ label sewn right into their beautiful blankets. Now they have launched something called SwaddleClub, an online resource that provides FREE white noise, baby care videos and tips for new parents!
SwaddleDesigns partnered with Dr. Harvey Karp (creator of the Happiest Baby on the Block) to stream this soothing white noise, and convenient baby care videos straight from your smart phone. Somebody at SwaddleDesigns was using their head (CEO Lynette Damir)! Today’s parents don’t need another book about how to make their baby sleep. We need a convenient help at our fingertips. That is what SwaddleClub is; a blanket and a phone. How brilliant. While the concept of course helps baby, it is really designed for new parents. Exhaustion and sleep deprivation are serious issues. Safe sleep practices and the benefits of white noise are tried, tested and true solutions.
SwaddleDesigns has made this new club easy to access through their newest collection ‘Sunwashed Pastels’. Every blanket in the collection not only features the famous ‘123 Swaddle’ tag, but a SwaddleClub QR label as well! I have been wrapping my baby John in this gorgeous pale yellow Ultimate Receiving Blanket (the print is called Mod Circles). SwaddleDesigns Ultimate Receiving Blankets are made of a lightweight cotton flannel. They are delicately soft, and perfect for every season. John is a hearty 6 months now, and the blanket allows for a generous wrap (42X42 inches).
