Our 25 year old iron is in my husband’s garage. It is very good for heating and sticking veneer and many other fix it jobs. Unfortunately, as many times I’ve cleaned it, I don’t understand why the clothes are dirtier than when I took them out of the dryer! It would be wonderful if I could have an iron of my own with the lovely features mentioned so I don’t have to get so cold setting up the ironing board and waiting so long for it to heat up and chip the ice off of it.

This kinda ironic just pull mine out of the cupboard the other day , for a change, and was thinking how it wasn’t heating properly. Automatic shutoff. About time. I am constantly walking away while ironing to answer the phone, the door or some other thing that pops up. And sure enough I can smell burning. Would love to win and thanks for giving us the chance to just that.
I am constantly worried that I have left the iron on, same as with my coffee maker. The only thing with the iron is it doesnt have an automatic shut off . Love that this iron has an auto shut off….besides all the other wonderful things.

The Anti-drip feature is great and the auto shut off is good for all us forgetful people. I’ve been known to go all the way back home because I forgot to unplug the iron.

I am in need of a new iron and have not bought one in years. I LOVE that it is no drip and self cleaning because I love steam too. Nothings is worse than getting a drip of whatever it is and not being able to wear what you just ironed!
