Two features struck me in the above product information. My son has asthma, so ensuring I have a vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter isn’t just a perk, it’s a necessity. Capturing 99.97% of dust, dirt, and allergens reassures me that my spring cleaning spree isn’t going to leave him reaching for his inhaler that evening. Second, the Brushroll Clean Technology, giving me the ability to remove tangled hair from the brushroll, is a huge asset when this has been a common problem with our other vacuum cleaners in the past.
Now here’s a story that gives credence to the benefit of product reviews. Having received the vacuum earlier in the week, I sat the box in the corner of my dining room to open the next time I vacuumed. Having time to do this on the weekend, I opened and peeked in the box, realized there were a few parts to attach before I could use it, and promptly closed it for my husband to deal with! I then grabbed my old vaccum (and by old I mean 1 year old) and proceeded to vacuum the living room rug, stairs, and basement carpet.
The very next day, my husband opened up the new Electrolux Precision and tested it out on my living room rug so we could play with all the features. Imagine my surprise, and disgust, when the Electrolux vacuumed up a handful or two of carpet fibres and dust. I assure you my living room rug did not accumulate that overnight. No, that was left behind by the previous vacuum. Unbelievable.
The on-board attachments are helpful when cleaning in small crevices like stairways, as well as areas other than the floor (curtains, high shelving, etc.) I really do love the Brushroll Clean Technology which helps keep the vacuum free from tangles! Genius!
This made me an Electrolux believer. I’ll be packing up the old vacuum and replacing it with this one as it showed me – on its very first use – that it’s superior to what I was using before. Quite honestly, I didn’t expect that to happen! And this is why I love the opportunity to do product reviews!

I’d love to with this , I had a canister Electrolux vacuum that first my mothers then it was mine, That thig lasted must have been over 20 yrs, only thing I had to replace was the hose. I like that is is a more then one vacuum.
My vacuum is not very good at picking up hairs and cleaning bare floors but this one looks great and I love the hand-vac attachment – should be great to clean my stairs!

I am really impressed with your review, Tenille. I remember when I was little, an Elextrolux Sales Man vacuumed my mum’s sofa with a white cloth over the hose. My Mum is a very meticulous housekeeper so it was really surprising to see at the time. The cloth turned dark with dust that my Mum’s vacuum simply wasn’t picking up. I am having a horrible time with allergies this week and would love a vacuum like this one.

My Electrolux is so many decades old I’ve lost count. It doesn’t have the suction it once had, isn’t easy to manage on stairs, and definitely leaves a lot behind (especially the dog fur). I’d ♥ an update/upgrade!

Oh my gosh I want one of these. I haul around a vacuum right now, I can’t tell you the amount of dents I have put in the wall. I absolutely love the attachments. I have a cat who sheds like she is a full grown lion, so the attachment would be nice and easy to use when picking up hair on the back of the couch ect. Love this product.

One of my cleaning challenges is my stairs. I have a hard time juggling my heavy upright to take the hose down and vacuum. I have dropped it a few times and almost gone down with it. This looks light and I think it would be perfect for my stairs.
The Vacuum we have is on our last legs and it is big bulky and cumbersome. A vacuum should suck right. Well mine really sucks but not in a good way.

I’d really love to give this a try. I have the similar Pronto but it’s missing a couple of features that this one has that would make cleaning up a whole ton better. I’d then pass my one on to my parents as their back up for their kitchen/bathroom/laundry room.
