As a P&G Mom I received Crest 3D Whitestrips a few months ago.  Truth be told, the first time I tried them they hurt my teeth (contrary to some opinions, P&G Moms do indeed test and state what we like and don’t like about the brand’s products, it’s not a love-fest of awesomeness, I assure you!)  When I shared my experience with a friend, she suggested using toothpaste for sensitive teeth for at least a week, and then trying the Crest 3D Whitestrips again.  Oh!  Who knew?  It turns out that my teeth are sensitive to this product, but if I use a sensitive toothpaste I can use it.  I do like the results!  In a recent interview I did with CBC News, I myself noticed how shiny white my own teeth were – yay Crest 3D Whitestrips!
