The thing with holidays and special occasions is that it all changes when you have kids. Birthdays become week-long events (you have the school party, then the family party, then the event/swim/bowling party) and events like Halloween become month long celebrations!
Halloween is starting with a boo-tiful bang this weekend on Disney Junior! On Saturday October 6th you can catch a great line-up of Halloween programming from 9am ET to 11am ET.
Look for brand new episodes of Jake and the Never Land Pirates (October 7), Doc McStuffins (October 14) and Handy Manny (October 21).
And soon, you will start seeing some ghosts and goblins (with a few princesses and super heros thrown in as well!) on Disney Junior as part of the Second Annual Hallowe-en Costume Parade. Quick, you have until October 7th at 10am ET to submit your kid’s Halloween costume photos here: http://www.disneyjunior.ca/en/contests Who knows, maybe your kids will spook you on tv!
The Disney Junior site has a section dedicated to Halloween fun where you can find games and printable coloring pages to keep the kids occupied all month long.
Disclosure: I’m part of the Disney Junior Mom program and I receive special perks as part of my affiliation with this group. The opinions on this blog, as always, are my own.
Awesome.Really looking forward to read more. Keep writing.
