The commercial got me.
MAGNUM products are made silky vanilla bean ice cream (oh yes!) and then topped with rich thick Belgian milk chocolate. That’s all I needed to hear to know I had to try this delectable treat! When I received coupons to try it for free – I knew it was a sign from the heavens telling me I just had to. I mean, you can’t ignore signs from the Gods.
Now, these babies hide in my freezer and it’s a bone of contention between my eight year old son and myself. He asks for “my” ice cream and I tell him a flat out no. Popsicles and Fudgesicles are for the kids – MAGNUM is for grown ups. You can share your MAGNUM ice cream with your kids, but once you try it yourself I doubt you’ll give it up that easily!
There are 6 varieties available in Canada, but so far I’ve only been able to find two at my local grocery store – Classic and Double Caramel (to. die. for.)
Have you tried it? If so, do you agree it’s a treat for moms and dads only? Hey, we deserve something of our own, don’t we?
This stuff is awesome. I don’t usually like ice cream bars of any kind but the first time I tried them that was it. There aren’t that many in a box, which is another reason not to share. I have to agree with you, these are a mom and dad treat.
Yummm… never tried Magnum ice cream before, but it sure looks delicious!
I hide a stash for post-bedtime 🙂 Delicious!
I saw a commercial with the double caramel and thought it was too good to be true!! But it’s not!
I stare at these all the time in the store but have never tried them. I can only guess they taste better than they look though. Man oh man
