Like Coupons? Samples? Fill Out This Survey!

Canadian moms, take note!  My friend Jill at UrbanMommies (a fellow #McD_Mom in the program with me) is looking for moms across Canada who may be interested in receiving free samples, coupons, and other great perks in exchange for filling out a simple survey online.  I figured I might know a few!!

Everyone who fills out the survey will receive coupons and products.

AND – any Canadian sports team that has at least 20 members respond will receive $400 worth of complimentary advertising in the UrbanMommies Sports Issue!  When you’re filling out the survey there will be a spot to fill in the name of your team so UrbanMommies can keep track.  SO, I’d suggest printing this post with the link or emailing it to your hockey/soccer team parents and ask them to fill it out as well – free advertising is awesome!
