Every year I say the same thing – I love the warm carefree summer months but the one allure of the fall that I love is shopping for back to school clothes!  This year, Nevaeh, my almost 4 year old, is starting Preschool so I have two kids to shop for (eeeee!)

Keeping in mind our budget, I have to look for items that are good quality and will last the kids the school year.  A deal simply is not a deal if the item falls apart within the first few months at school.

Whenever people ask me about shoe brands that “hold-up” so to speak, UMI is at the top of that list.  I’ve always had great experiences with UMI shoes that we’ve reviewed over the years.

I’m really glad we did this for her fall shoes because I was surprised by how much her feet had grown since the spring!  A note, make sure you check your printer settings before printing the chart and print it at 100% (sometimes things print scaled to the size of the page.)
